Event Safety: New York City

The safety and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and advisory board is the top priority of NAPCO Media LLC, (parent company of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality), the event management team, and the hotel.  This document is designed to summarize our safety and precautionary measures in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.  We will update this page with any new information and provide details about what will be required on-site, prior to the event.  We will follow all published rules and regulations and will align with the venue’s protocols that are in effect at the time of the event. At all times during the event, attendees and sponsors are asked to be respectful of one another’s space.
